Rob is the founder of A Sharper Edge and has spent more than 10 years designing, building, and remodeling churches and nonprofit organizations throughout Florida. Prior to entering the construction industry, he built a successful career in hospitality management, leading large teams and overseeing high-end operations for stadiums, arenas, and NASCAR events across the country. Rob brings strong leadership, operational experience, and a people-first approach to every project. 

Nathan joined the family business in 2024, bringing experience in management, customer service, and small-scale project management. Prior to joining the company, he spent three years managing a Starbucks location, where his passion for coffee and leadership skills came together to create positive customer experiences and efficient team operations. Nathan earned his professional leadership degree from Southeastern University and enjoys finding creative solutions while helping projects run smoothly.

Michelle is a project manager at A Sharper Edge and works alongside her husband, Rob, in the family business. Before joining the company, she served as the operations manager for SOLVE Maternity Homes, where her heart for the pro-life movement and passion for serving others were evident in her work each day.

Samantha joined the family business in 2026 after building experience across accounting, insurance, customer service, and marketing. She previously worked as an accountant for a $40 million nonprofit organization for three years and earned her marketing degree from University of South Florida.
