Our Skillset
For more than 18 years, we’ve helped lead the growth of an incredible church—from three services in a middle school to a thriving nine-campus organization making a lasting impact in its communities. Our team brings experienced leadership across every stage of the process, including land acquisition, due diligence, design coordination, and construction management. Because we’ve lived through the challenges of rapid church growth ourselves, we started this business to help other nonprofits navigate complex building projects with greater clarity, protect their resources, and move forward with confidence.
Experienced Leadership
Executing a construction or renovation project is highly technical and involves many moving parts—engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies at the city, county, and state levels. Each project also requires careful management of contracts, budgets, timelines, and financing, all working together under constant pressure.
Most of these stakeholders are not part of your organization, and their priorities may not always align with yours. At A Sharper Edge, we provide the structure, systems, and leadership needed to manage every detail of your project while protecting your interests. We maintain clear communication, organized documentation, and strong working relationships to keep your project moving forward smoothly and successfully.
Efficient Project Management
Effective Collaboration
One of the most difficult things about planning a large project in a church or not-for-profit (NFP) environment is making determinations about who should and who should not be involved in planning and decision-making roles. We have a tried-and-true process that we mold to each project that brings the right people to the right place at the right time. Having someone from outside the organization help with these decisions gets your project moving, while taking everyone’s input into consideration and avoiding hurt feelings.
